CBS is a consulting group who work to assist organizations in reducing their regular expenses, such as utilities. We are specialists in streamlining businesses by concentrating on three main areas: cost reduction, resource optimization, and process streamlining. We do not generally fulfill a supply and procurement role, as we are able to work on a diverse range of solutions within our specialties. This can include evaluating initial suppliers for startups, preparing reports(our "Black Books") as part of a businesswide audit, and even carrying through to implementation.

We have several core philosophies we apply in day to day business; these make us different from anyone in our industry. We refuse to allow any kind of bias to violate the trust our clients place in us, we operate under the strictest privacy guidelines, and we derive our income solely from project fee. Billing as a percentage of the savings immediately introduces a bias to recommend the cheapest supplier, regardless of quality, service, support, or ethics. We also seek to establish strong relationships with our clients so we can gauge the problem fully; we do not work on a blind basis.

Our flexibility and willingness to work with our clients in a very strong relationship means that we listen to our clients, we don't preach.
